All Files contain the same data, but the No Time is compatable with any palm software that will support the NO TIME feature. (Note: NO TIME may not work with every palm desktop due to time zone issues) Make sure you Read the Readme.txt file BEFORE Importing, and only import 1 of the 3 files, importing more than one will result in duplicate data.
